Nippon X operates as a travel service provider offering: guided day tours; private tours; customized travel itineraries; multi-day travel packages; travel planning services; transportation arrangements where applicable; and other tourism-related services as described on our website. Specific inclusions and exclusions are listed on each tour page.

Customers must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Persons under 18 may participate only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Bookings are confirmed only after: full payment has been successfully processed; a booking confirmation email has been sent by Nippon X; and availability has been confirmed. Submitting a booking request does not automatically create a confirmed reservation.

All prices displayed on our website are in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated. Prices include only the items specifically listed within the tour description. Additional personal expenses, optional activities, meals not listed, travel insurance, visas, and transportation not specifically included remain the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before booking confirmation.

All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Nippon X does not store customers' complete payment card information. Fraudulent transactions or unauthorized payment attempts may result in cancellation of the booking.

After payment is successfully received, customers will receive confirmation by email. Customers should review the confirmation immediately and notify us of any inaccuracies.

Customers agree to: provide accurate booking information; comply with local laws; follow instructions provided by guides; behave respectfully toward guides, staff, local communities, and other travelers; and possess any required travel documents. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in booked activities.

Customers must disclose any relevant medical conditions that may affect participation. Nippon X reserves the right to refuse participation if a customer's condition presents a significant safety risk to themselves or others. Participation is undertaken at the customer's own risk except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific tour: cancellation 24 hours or more before departure receives a 100% refund; cancellation less than 24 hours before departure receives no refund; failure to appear for the scheduled tour ("no-show") receives no refund. Certain customized tours or services involving third-party reservations may have different cancellation terms, which will be disclosed before booking.

Requests to modify bookings are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply where suppliers impose amendment fees or where revised services have different pricing.

We may cancel or reschedule tours because of: severe weather; natural disasters; government restrictions; safety concerns; operational reasons; insufficient participant numbers; or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In these cases, customers may choose either a full refund or an alternative date, subject to availability.

Nippon X shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, or extreme weather.

Certain services may be provided by independent hotels, transportation companies, activity providers, restaurants, or local operators. While we carefully select our partners, Nippon X is not responsible for acts, omissions, or failures of independent third-party suppliers except where required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and travel interruptions.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, itineraries, and branding, is owned by Nippon X or used with permission. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

Users agree not to: misuse the website; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious software; interfere with website operations; or violate applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nippon X shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Customers agree to contact Nippon X before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. If a chargeback is initiated without valid grounds after services have been provided in accordance with these Terms, Nippon X reserves the right to provide booking records, communications, payment confirmations, and other relevant documentation to the payment processor to support resolution of the dispute.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Nippon X may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
